About Mykonos Animal Welfare
A registered charity formed in 2005, dedicated to the animals of Mykonos.

Mykonos Animal Welfare is a legal charity formed in 2005. Since then we have been actively involved in the health and welfare of animals on the island. Our main objectives are education, widespread sterilisation programmes, emergency veterinary assistance, feeding initiatives, and finding loving homes for abandoned cats and dogs.
We collaborate closely with the Mykonian Mayor and Town Hall, who support our sterilisation and feeding efforts, and with three local veterinary clinics.
Although we mostly help stray cats and dogs, we also support other wildlife on the island whenever possible — including pelicans, birds, reptiles, ducks, owls, snakes, donkeys, and horses.
We do not have a shelter. We always need more local help — there is so much work to do. Postal address: PO Box 171, Mykonos Town, Mykonos Island 84600, Greece.
Trusted, registered, transparent
Powered by dedicated volunteers and careful coordination. We keep our running costs lean and focus support where it matters most: helping the animals of Mykonos. Your donation helps fund food, sterilisation, emergency veterinary care, adoptions, rescue work, and the coordination needed to keep this work going all year round.
