Animal cruelty

If you witness animal cruelty, act calmly and methodically.

   Take photos or videos if it is safe to do so — do not put yourself at risk.

   Note the exact location.

   Report animal abuse to the local police: email ya.mykonou@astomia.gr with your photos and a location link. Call 100 if anyone is in immediate danger.

   For emergency rescues — for example if an animal is trapped — contact the fire service via our emergency contacts page.

   Send your evidence and location details to MAW.
